I don't know, you tell me. It's this sequences of poses (i have not learned the names yet)
while she guilds you with the breathing, with the thinking
that's the one (physical exercise)
but I know almost nothing of it, the murrican ones take bits and pieces of it and sell it, all good though, as long as it helps people.
have a look at this guy, yoga expert and right wing billionaire with his line of ayurveda stuff and yoga courses:
there's some hilarious vids of him doing insane tummy rolls and middle aged bored housewife women drooling over him
he's good though, I use his toothpaste, the shampoo and conditioner isn't there yet.
the surya namaskar is good exercise

also, people cheered just a bit too much when I scored, like "yay even the special kid scored"
